Q: Can we book on-line?
A: Yes we offer clients a simple to use web booker where you can book, amend or cancel bookings at anytime from anywhere that has internet access.
Q: Do you provide management information?
A: Yes we are able to offer clients a complete suite of MI broken down into cost centres, showing averages prices and price per mile etc - even carbon emission reporting.
Q: Will we have access to an account manager?
A: Yes all clients are allocated a named member of staff who is responsible for the smooth running of your account. - for larger clients we will provide a dedicated account manager.
Q: Will I receive a booking confirmation?
A: Yes all bookings made via the phone or through our web booker will receive a detailed confirmation together with a unique reference number.
Q: How do I pay for the taxi journey?
A: We are able to invoice you weekly or monthly and can send this in variety of electronic formats.
